II. Job Summary
Provides quality food and beverage service to club members and guests
Job Task
- Arrived on time and in proper uniform
- Sets up station and performs assigned side work
- Sets up room &buffet station for service. Ensures that all tables are completely and properly set
- Ensure that assigned section, ready for service
- Provides immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Service meal; places dishes by courses in front of each person; serves from left of the person
- Checks back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenishes, tea/coffee, water and butter as necessary
- Removes soiled dishes from right
- serves dessert and coffee
- Maintain current TABC certifications and Food Handlers Certificate
- Assists with other servers when able. Creates a team relationship with other staff in department.
- Advises manager of any complaints, request or any comment as soon as they occurs
- Performs clean-up and closing duties after each event as assigned by manager or the Capitan.
- Cleans and properly puts away all lien , glass, silver after each event
- Completes any and all other duties as assigned by manager within the department
