Riding High Harley-Davidson is the largest and only Locally Owned Harley-Davidson dealership in the Triad. We are looking for an experienced Powersports Sales Manager. We are growing and looking to expand our team! We offer a great work environment and hours. We have an amazing staff and customer base, which makes coming to work a lot of fun.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Powersports experience preferred. Harley-Davidson experience a plus. Automotive experience is encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation/closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and train Sales Staff to provide a world class experience.
- Back up the Finance department.
- Manage the floor and engage with customers
- Negotiate deals that are fair to the customer and the dealer.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers.
