This position involves various tasks that support the service department, pick-up and delivery, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Transport and Arrange Vehicles: Move motorcycles safely around the dealership and ensure they are positioned correctly in the showroom and service areas.
- Detailing and Maintenance: Clean and detail motorcycles to maintain their pristine condition and ready them for customer delivery.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and organizing motorcycle shipments, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Customer Service: Assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the appropriate departments or sales associates.
- Facility Support: Maintain a clean and organized dealership, including the showroom, service bays, and outdoor areas.
- Vehicle Inspection: Perform routine inspections on motorcycles to ensure they are in optimal condition and report any issues to the service department.
- Support Team Members: Collaborate with sales and service teams to support overall dealership operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Passion for Motorcycles: A strong interest in motorcycles and familiarity with Harley-Davidson products is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Physical Ability: Capable of moving and handling motorcycles safely and efficiently.
- Customer-Focused: Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.

- Valid Driver’s License: Required for moving motorcycles within the dealership.
