Gas Station Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Station Manager to lead our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Supervise a team of sales associates and ensure they are meeting performance goals
• Manage and process payroll for all store employees
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and manage inventory control processes
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to enhance their skills and performance
• Manage store displays and visual merchandising to create an engaging customer experience
• Communicate effectively with the sales team, management, and customers to ensure a positive and efficient store environment
• Provide ongoing support to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales growth
• Implement processes for managing inventory and controlling shrinkage
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and the sales team to drive loyalty and sales growth
• Multilingual abilities are an asset, as the role involves communicating with customers and team members from diverse backgrounds

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Station Manager or in a similar management role
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with sales management and inventory control
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Grocery store sales experience is an asset
• Multilingual abilities are an asset

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
