Operations Manager – Gas Stations, Convenience Stores & Property Rentals
Location: Northwest Ohio
Pay: $22 - $27 per hour

About Us
Ridi Stores is a growing company operating gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and residential apartment rentals across Northwest Ohio. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple gas station and convenience store locations while supporting apartment rental operations as needed.
Position Summary
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multi-site retail operations, and has the flexibility to jump in where needed — from team management and compliance to fuel logistics and property oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Gas Station Operations
· - Oversee daily operations across all gas station and convenience store locations
· - Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
· - Monitor fuel supply levels, coordinate deliveries, and prevent shortages
· - Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock rotation and merchandising
· - Uphold cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
Staff Management & Scheduling
· - Hire, train, and supervise store managers, cashiers, and other employees
· - Create weekly schedules and ensure full shift coverage
· - Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed
· - Foster a positive work environment and address staff concerns
Sales & Financial Performance
· - Track sales reports and identify trends in fuel and in-store purchases
· - Implement strategies to drive profitability and improve margins
· - Control expenses and monitor labor costs
· - Enforce accurate cash handling procedures and minimize shrinkage
Customer Service & Compliance
· - Ensure exceptional customer service at all locations
· - Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly
· - Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (fuel, lottery, tobacco, alcohol, etc.)
· - Train staff on safety, security, and emergency protocols
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
· - Schedule regular maintenance for store equipment and fuel systems
· - Coordinate with vendors for fuel, merchandise, and store supplies
· - Oversee car wash performance and upkeep
Loss Prevention & Security
· - Conduct weekly inventory audits and on-site inspections
· - Identify and address theft, fraud, and shoplifting incidents
· - Review security footage and make recommendations for improvements
Expansion & New Store Openings
· - Support the launch of new gas stations and convenience store locations
· - Hire and train staff for new locations
· - Ensure new sites meet branding and operational standards
Apartment Rentals
· - Assist with property tours, move-ins/move-outs, and tenant communication
· - Support rental management duties as needed
On-Call & Emergency Response
· - Be available outside regular business hours for emergency calls
· - Respond quickly to issues via phone or in-person as needed to keep operations running smoothly

· - Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
