Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Duties

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, adhering to established phone etiquette.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and medical inquiries.
  • Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
  • Document all interactions in the system accurately to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist in training new team members on call center procedures and best practices.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of computerized systems relevant to call center operations is beneficial.

Pay: $19.02 - $22.60 per hour
