Duties

- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with medical office staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Document all interactions in the system accurately to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist in training new team members on call center procedures and best practices.
