Key Responsibilities:
- Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with peers, subordinates, managers, physicians, and customers in all pharmacy-related areas.
- Assist with monthly CII audits and maintain accurate records.
- Understand and follow correct procedures for billing, filling, and dispensing products.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotate stock, and utilize RX return process.
- Adhere to Department Appearance Standards (DAS) and dress code standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to chemicals and compounding chemicals.
- Exposure to blood-borne pathogens.
Requirements:
- Complete continuing education hours as required by law.
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedule specifications and work priorities.
- Ability to cooperate with others and work as part of a team.
- Complete all required state, federal, and company training programs.
