Position : PROJECT COORDINATOR
Hours : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
FLSA Status : Salaried Exempt
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000 depending upon experience
POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator whose primary role is to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of both internal departments as well as third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. This individual will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Budget Coordination : ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards
- Manage project resources from project inception to close.
- Coordination : Coordinate with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful completion. Prepare and deliver project reports, proposals, required documentation, and presentations.
- All Project Scheduling from project inception to completion.
- Project Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for entire project and all stakeholders (clients, sales, design, procurement, production, shipping / receiving, purchasing, risk management)
- Manage all communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits during the project
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client expectations through regular reviews and inspections. Document project progress, troubleshoot issues, lead quality assurance and confirm schedules are met
- Timeline Management : Track project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as necessary to meet deadlines and scheduling requirements.
