Service Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Receive and log customer service requests into the dispatch system, ensuring all relevant details are accurately captured.
- Assign and schedule technicians to service calls based on skill set, location, and availability, optimizing for efficiency and response time.
- Coordinate with technicians to provide them with all necessary job details, special instructions, and customer information before they proceed to the service location.
- Monitor the progress of service calls in real-time, adjusting technician assignments as needed to address delays or emergencies.
- Process and close out completed service calls, collecting feedback from technicians and customers to ensure service quality.
- Manage the inventory of parts and equipment required for service calls, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability.
- Handle rescheduling of service calls due to technician unavailability, customer requests, or unforeseen circumstances, minimizing disruptions.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports, analyzing trends to recommend improvements in service delivery.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Requirements:Service Dispatcher Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of related admin experience preferred.
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Enhanced ability to multi-task while prioritizing tasks and responsibilities.
- Listening, empathizing, and proposing solutions that satisfy all parties involved are essential components of this skill, helping to prevent escalation and foster a positive work environment.
