Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to the nursing team
- Ensure residents' comfort during meals and maintain a safe environment
- Document care provided and collaborate with the healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in Wisconsin
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
