RieLes Group, we are seeking Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) Internal Medicine (IM) and Family Practice (FP) physicians to provide on-site Primary Care Physician Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Oregon Veterans Home in The Dalles, OR, is a state-run, long-term care facility that provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care for veterans, their spouses, and Gold Star parents. It is operated by the Oregon Department of Veterans’ Affairs (ODVA) and is designed to offer high-quality care in a supportive, community-focused environment. The Dalles Outreach Clinic is a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) that is part of the VA Portland Health Care System (VAPORHCS). Located in The Dalles, Oregon, it provides primary care, mental health services, and other outpatient treatments to veterans in the region, offering a more accessible healthcare option closer to their communities.
