Essential Duties
- Maintain employee records, onboarding document management
- Assisting with internal auditing of HR records and systems
- Scheduling college career fairs, recruiting events
- Scanning/converting physical records to digital
- Audio/visual work with training materials
- HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated; ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
