SUMMARY
Responsible for overall project direction, quality control, customer satisfaction, timely completion, and financial success of structures/bridge construction projects from receipt of initial budget from estimating to final completion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Analyze contract documents, plans, and specifications and evaluate project work scopes
- Create and implement strategies for project execution
- Full responsibility for project financial management and performance
- Collaborate with Project Superintendents to procure and schedule resources
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team. Recognize and resolve problems.
- Ensure implementation of safety programs, company procedures, policies, and quality standards
- Create and maintain positive stakeholder relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support and promote Rieth-Riley initiatives and strategies

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or other relevant field
- Five or more years of experience in a related field
- Project management and execution experience
- Leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience with cost estimating/budgeting a plus
- Viewpoint, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD experience a plus
- Knowledge of Indiana DOT and municipal construction preferred
