Salary : Job Summary :
The Bridge Superintendent manages all phases of bridge construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This includes planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution.
Responsibilities :
- Plan site requirements and order necessary supplies / materials.
- Track job site production and progress.
- Supervise, train, and guide Foremen and crew members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners and subcontractors.
- Oversee quality control and site productivity.
- Maintain documentation (reports, receipts, etc.).
- Communicate updates with Foremen, skilled tradespeople, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
