Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. As an FP&A Manager, you will provide key insights to support business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to provide financial insights and support in decision-making.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide business strategy and help drive performance improvements.
- Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and recommendations for action.
- Manage financial planning processes, including long-term strategic planning, annual budgets, and periodic reforecasts.
- Support business units with detailed financial analysis, helping to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting processes and tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with accounting and other internal teams to ensure alignment between financial statements and forecasts.
