Salary : $120K - $150K
The IT Services Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the companys technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the companys strategic goals in the construction industry. This role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to manage IT projects, optimize systems, and guide the team in adapting to the evolving digital landscape within construction management.
Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Planning & Development :
Collaborate with the management team to define and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the companys objectives and growth in the construction industry.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware, software, and networks.
Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive company data.
Lead and mentor the IT department, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities for the team.
Oversee relationships with external IT service providers, contractors, and software vendors.
Ensure the availability of mobile and remote technology for teams working on construction sites (laptops, tablets, software applications, connectivity tools).

May lift up to 10lbs; Prolonged periods of sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer
