Position Overview:
The Production and Fulfillment Specialist at Rifle Paper Co. plays a pivotal role in the efficient assembly and fulfillment of a diverse range of products. Responsible for maintaining stringent quality standards throughout production and fulfillment processes, the Specialist collaborates closely within a team environment to meet production targets and uphold organizational excellence. Additionally, this role involves accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring precise identification of items and meticulous placement into shipping packaging for timely processing.
Responsibilities:

Fulfillment Duties:

Pull customer orders, pack/assemble orders, and label boxes accurately.

Verify quantity, weight, and quality of materials against specifications.

Ensure outbound orders are accurate and complete, matching shipping labels with invoice details.

Process packing sheets and relevant documentation with precision.

Warehouse Operations:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space and amenities.

Conduct occasional audits of supplies and inventory.

Production Duties:

Package products, including stickering, tying, assembling boxes, boxing, and sorting items efficiently.

Efficiency and Documentation:

Maintain a personal efficiency rate of 80% or above in all tasks.

Gather necessary supplies and materials promptly.

Accurately enter and close travelers/orders in SAP or relevant systems.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to minimize waste.

Return all unused supplies before the end of each shift.

Quality Assurance and Team Collaboration:

Review products for quality compliance and report any issues promptly.

Foster a positive team environment and cooperative dynamics.

Collaborate with Assembly Supervisors on cleaning tasks, special projects, and process improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned within the Production and Fulfillment department.

Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Experience:

2 years of experience in a production or fulfillment role.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to read and write in English.

Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying order quantities.

Experience in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple priorities.

Physical capability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Familiarity with shipping software (WMS or ERP such as SAP) is advantageous.

Intuitive and capable of learning product assembly and production processes.

Skilled in manual dexterity for assembling small components with precision.

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Ability to adapt to extended periods of sitting or standing as required.

Capable of working at heights, including climbing ladders and elevated surfaces as needed.
