Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and driven eCommerce Experience Specialist to join our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences across our digital storefronts. This individual will be responsible for executing and enhancing the online customer journey—from landing page creation and promotions setup to overseeing QA processes and supporting the eCommerce roadmap.

As the eCommerce Experience Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Digital Leadership, to implement strategic site initiatives and optimize performance. You will be responsible for supporting digital projects across both our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) channel. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to various digital projects and initiatives that drive the business forward, reflecting our evolving business needs and objectives. With an eye for detail, a passion for digital content, and a knack for bringing data-driven insights to life, you’ll help create a dynamic, growth-oriented eCommerce environment.


Key Responsibilities

Site Experience & Operations

  • Oversee quality assurance (QA) of the site to deliver an excellent customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and address challenges in merchandising setup and site maintenance.
  • Execute promotions from setup and testing to deployment, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
  • Drive the implementation of site initiatives, such as holiday gift guides, new product categories, and content pages aligned with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital Leadership to enhance front-end and back-end eCommerce functionality, including scoping CMS components and interactive content.
  • Develop and manage a robust A/B testing and personalization roadmap to continually improve user experience.
  • Support additional digital projects and initiatives aligned with business goals to continually evolve our eCommerce capabilities across both DTC and B2B channels.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure best-in-class tools and processes.

Marketing & Content

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and site marketing initiatives.
  • Play an active role in website operations, including executing strategy for new products and campaign activity.
  • Work closely with Marketing to align on seasonal campaign calendars, briefing teams on specific needs and product storytelling tailored for various customer segments.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to spot opportunities, solve problems, and drive product and brand experience improvements.
  • Lead the development of a growth-oriented digital content strategy alongside Digital Leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and emerging technologies to elevate site and mobile experiences and drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.


Qualifications and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in the digital content or eCommerce space, with strong experience with Shopify required.
  • Proficiency in Asana, Wrike, Excel, and other project management tools is helpful.
  • Experience in scoping and managing projects, particularly in a B2B eCommerce or wholesale environment, is a plus.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving environment with shifting priorities and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • Obsession with delivering outstanding user experiences, with a keen eye for detail, content, and interaction.
  • Strong brand affinity and a deep understanding of our customer base and product storytelling.
