Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee the allocation of shipping personnel based on the activity of two key sales channels (Ecommerce Accounts). Monitor key performance metrics including errors, efficiency of team members and overall turnaround time.
- Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order receipt to final delivery. Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet demand. Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping. Ensure fulfillment pick locations are constantly replenished with necessary items.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the fulfillment process. Ensure that products are handled with care and packaged to Rifle Paper Co. standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by promoting and adhering to safety standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Warehouse and other departments to meet volume demands.
