The Key Accounts Fulfillment Manager is primarily focused on the overall performance of the Key Accounts Fulfillment team ensuring they meet all daily productivity metrics. This role reports into the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the picking, assembly and packing of products for our Key Accounts Wholesale customers.
- Monitor key performance metrics including errors, efficiency of team members and overall turnaround time
- Train and coach employees to meet or exceed performance metrics
- Communicate with shipping partners as required
- Oversee the processing of orders through SAP
- Oversee and direct the hiring, evaluating, and scheduling of all Key Accounts fulfillment staff
- Act as the primary point of contact with the sales team; partner to identify fulfillment priorities and proactively identify obstacles to meeting deadlines
- Minimum of two - five years of fulfillment experience with at least two years of leadership experience
- Player/coach leadership style - fosters a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement

- Experience with SAP Business One a plus
