Description
The Video Editor is responsible for arranging, assembling, and processing recorded and stock footage into engaging marketing and instructional videos, requiring interaction skills and the ability to manage their workflow and maintain established deadlines. He / she works directly with the Art Director and others on the Global Marketing Communications team, as well as staff in other departments and SBUs and maintains and organizes video and computer resources. He / she will also maintain brand guideline and consistency and demonstrates a high level of proficiency in video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, and Photoshop. Knowledge of digital video standards, editing best practices, and excellent communication are also necessary.
Responsibilities :
- With creative guidance from the Art Director, quickly produce polished and engaging video content
- Handle and organize video and motion graphic files
- Adjust, correct, and enhance audio files
- Export videos and facilitate mobile and web distribution
- Participate in video shoot setup and recording
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain established graphic identity
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within production specifications and budget restrictions
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain and organize video files and resources
