Rigdon Inc, a leader in the cleaning industry for over 30 years, is expanding our Denver team and we want you to be a part of it. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join us as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing technicians. Job Description:
As a technician, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including:
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Soft washing (houses, decks, patios)
- Gutter cleaning and repair
- Power washing
- Installing Holiday Lights
Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential. You will also handle estimates, bids, and customer follow-up as needed. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work due to demand or weather.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience is a plus but not required - however we will train the right minded and motivated applicants
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness / ability to do ladder / high cleaning (residential work usually consists of 1 to 2 stories, or 2 stories plus basement)
- Clean and professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently
- Physically able to perform job duties including standing, climbing up and down ladder, bending, lifting, for 8 hours or more a day
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
- Job Type: Full-time

Benefits offered:
- Full-time employees are eligible for company-supplemented insurance after 60 days.
- Company truck provided during working hours once training is completed.

- After training period, earn up to $23-$25 per hour for commission eligible employees.
