Description
The Rental Production Manager provides support to internal and external personnel in the Rental Department to execute goals and maximize profitability. This position works one-on-one with the rental sales team and rental sales managers to provide quotes, agreements, bid applications, completed allied sales deals, etc. This person follow the life cycle of a rental or allied sales deal from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Work with rental sales team to meet and exceed rental goals
· Maintain knowledge of current marketing programs and initiatives, current inventory availability, and current financial incentives to customers
· Manage each deal from quote submission through agreement creation and invoicing
· Assist salesmen in selection and configuration of machine that’s available
· Accurately quote allied machine configurations for salesmen presentation to customers
· Generate allied equipment sale invoices for quotes that are converted to sales
· Provide frequent updates to sales management team to ensure all quotes, deals, and bids are accurate and accounted for
· Collaborate with all sales and service channels to ensure all areas can win in the market
· Ensure performance standards are met within the team and Riggs
· Manage Re-Rent process from finding the equipment to handling the agreement and invoicing
· Provide secondary support for CRM and quoting software
· Promote and develop positive relationships within the organization and customer base
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Business awareness and numerical ability.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment industry is a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other database systems
• Fluent in using a CRM system
• Experience using DBS, Saleslink,Monday.com or iRent is a plus

Required travel up to 10%.
