Essential Duties:
- Interprets spoken statements from one language to another.
- Translates documents, correspondence, forms and other written material from one language to another.
- Rewrites materials from one language into another.
- Maintains records of materials translated.
- Creates documents in Spanish.
- Interprets via telephone for Riggs CHC patients at community physician offices, when possible.
- Attends all mandatory in-services.
- Assisting clinical staff in filing patient labs and other reports.
- Assisting with necessary paper work and telephone contacts necessary for patient appointments, medications, and follow-up courtesy calls.
- Assembling records as requested.
- Assisting with photocopying records and faxing as requested.
- Assisting with preparing requisitions for replacement supplies.
40 Hour Week. No Overtime. Alternating hours between 7:00am - 6:30pm possible (Monday - Friday). Limited Saturday rotation, if needed.
Salary : $18
