Accounts Payable Specialists assist companies with invoicing and billing.
JOB DUTIES:
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Resolve discrepancies with invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Ensuring bills paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Entry Level position
- Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- High Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
