Riggs Tree Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Foreman to oversee our field operations.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of field crews

Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope

Plan and schedule work assignments

Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations

Order and manage equipment and materials

Resolve issues and conflicts that arise

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and office staff
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar role

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Knowledge of construction methods and techniques

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
