We are a fast-growing private duty home care agency seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all day-to-day operations of 3 locations and help scale our company with systems, leadership, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise all internal office and field teams
· Maintain compliance with AHCA, state regulations, and accreditation standards
· Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, client services, and caregiver retention
· Build and refine internal workflows and SOPs for growth and scalability
· Track performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
· Support company expansion into multiple counties
Qualifications:
· 3–5 years' experience in healthcare operations (Home Care or Home Health preferred)
· Excellent leadership and team development skills
· Detail-oriented, process-driven, and goal-focused
· Proficient in operations tools and platforms
· Knowledge of Florida home care licensing and compliance a plus
