We are looking for the best Caregivers / PCAs in the Austin, TX 78737 and close cities areas, to work at South Austin, 78737, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!
CAREGIVER MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!
Schedule : Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm
Base pay : $17 per hour
Special requirement : Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home, help client with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), toileting, meal prep & cooking, general housekeeping.
A Caregiver / PCA duties :
- Provide companionship to client.
- Provide preparation of meals.
- Light housekeeping.
- Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming.
- Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient / family and other employees.
- Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
- Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
- Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
