What You’ll Do:
Client Intake & Support
Be the first point of contact for potential clients, answering inbound calls with warmth and professionalism.
Guide families through our intake process, assess needs, and schedule consultations.
Follow up with inquiries and ensure a seamless start to care.
Emergency Care & Coverage
Serve as a floater caregiver in emergency situations or when short-staffed.
Provide hands-on client care when needed, ensuring continuity of service.
Administrative & Office Support
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new caregivers.
Maintain office organization, monitor supplies, and handle general administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Phone & Communication Skills – You must love talking to people and making them feel at ease.
Customer Service or Healthcare Experience – Background in home care, healthcare coordination, or customer service is a plus.
Flexibility & Problem-Solving Skills – Able to jump in and provide client care when needed.
Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
Computer Proficiency – Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office.
PCA or CNA Certification is required for this role.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position, Monday - Friday (occasional flexibility required)
