About the Role:
As our Client Concierge, you will play a key role in marketing, community outreach, and business development efforts. You will be the first face many people see when they meet Right at Home—whether they’re a referral partner, a potential client, or a family in need. Your role is to build relationships, explain our services, and help new clients get started with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Community Outreach:
Identify and build strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, discharge planners, and social workers
Conduct regular outreach visits and participate in community events, health fairs, and networking groups
Represent the Right at Home brand with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm
Track outreach activity and referral pipeline using CRM tools
Client Engagement & Sales:
Respond quickly to inquiries from prospective clients and families
Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to assess needs and present our services clearly and compassionately
Educate families about the home care process and help them feel confident and supported
Follow up with leads and guide families through decision-making
Client Onboarding & Business Development:
Present and finalize service agreements with new clients
Ensure all onboarding paperwork is accurate and complete
Collaborate with the care coordination and scheduling team to ensure seamless service launch
Support business growth by converting qualified leads into clients
What We’re Looking For:
Energetic, compassionate, and relationship-oriented personality
Strong background in marketing, sales, community outreach, or business development
Experience in home care, senior care, healthcare, or service-based industries a plus
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build trust quickly and guide people through emotional, complex decisions
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel is required)
