What You’ll Do as a Private Duty Caregiver:
As a private duty caregiver, you will provide personalized, compassionate care and improve the quality of life for your clients. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other essential tasks.
- Companionship: Engage clients with reading, games, music, and meaningful activities.
- Meal Prep & Light Housekeeping: Ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with their medications.
- Transportation: Take clients to appointments and run errands.
- Specialized Care: Support clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Parkinson’s care.
- Mobility Assistance: Use gait belts and Hoyer lifts for client mobility.
What We’re Looking For in a Private Duty Caregiver:
- Compassionate & Reliable: A passion for caregiving and helping others.
- Experience in Personal Care: Hands-on experience with seniors is required.
- Open Availability: We offer flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle: You must have auto insurance.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Background Check: All candidates must pass a background screening.
- English Proficiency: Must speak, read, and write in English.
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.
