Shift Details: Flexible Days, Evenings, Nights, and On-Call!!
Our clients here with Right at Home Central, MI, may need help with daily tasks, personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light home chores. Support from our caregivers who work on the weekends or are available on call can help us fulfill many needs. They also spend time with clients and do things with them to keep them mentally and socially busy. Our On-call caregivers are trained to handle situations and fill in for shifts at short notice, making sure that care stays consistent and meets urgent needs. Because of the different schedules and the need to make sure clients get the best care possible, both jobs require adaptability, compassion, and good communication skills.

Caregiver Responsibilities:
As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will assist clients with daily activities such as mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication reminders, and more. Your role may also include providing companionship and support during appointments and errands.
Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driving License and Reliable Vehicle with Insurance
- High school graduate or GED
- Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed
- A CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification is preferred.
