What You’ll Do and Who You Are:
The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few character traits you should have from the get-go. You take real pride in your work, and you cope well under pressure and thrive on a challenge. You are comfortable in a customer service role, proficiently speaking on the phone, proficient computer use and comfortable with multi tasking.
Must Haves:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience in a retail/business setting
- Must be willing to work one weekend per every 6 weeks (approximately)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check including a drug screening.
Nice to Have’s:
- Previous scheduling experience
- Medical/Health Care background
- Associate or Bachelors Degree
