What You’ll Do and Who You Are:

The good news is that your training will teach you everything you need to know to succeed on the job. But there are a few character traits you should have from the get-go. We have a great work culture at Right at Home and look for people with a similar mindset: You’re the honest, energetic and approachable type, and are able to get along and communicate easily with people at all levels. You take real pride in your work, and you cope well under pressure and thrive on a challenge. You are comfortable in a customer service role, proficiently speaking on the phone, proficient computer use and comfortable with multi tasking.

Must Haves:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience in a retail/business setting

• Must be willing to work one weekend per every 6 weeks (approximately)

• Must have a high school diploma or GED

• Must have the ability to pass a full employment background check including a drug screening.

Nice to Have’s:

• Previous scheduling experience
• Medical/Health Care background
• Associate or Bachelors Degree
