Your Role in Our Symphony:

As the Office Manager and Scheduler, you'll be a maestro of multi-tasking, ensuring the smooth coordination of schedules, client needs, caregiver assignments, Insurance companies and Medicaid providers. Your meticulous attention to detail will create a harmonious environment where our clients feel cherished and our caregivers thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage client and caregiver schedules, optimizing efficiency and minimizing conflicts.
Liaise between clients, caregivers, and families, building strong relationships and addressing concerns.
Maintain accurate records, track attendance, and contribute to payroll processing.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Create a strong relationship with care managers and referral sources, assist with billing and payrolls.
Contribute to office administration tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Qualifications That Dazzle:

At least 1 year of Proven experience in office management, scheduling, or a related field in the Home Care industry.
Exceptional organizational skills that make color-coded calendars jealous.
Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities – you're a people person through and through.
Tech-savviness with a knack for learning new software and systems. HHA Exchange skills much appreciated.
Empathy and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of others.
Ability to keep your cool under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Your ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish as needed for the job.
Availability for on-call duties beyond regular office hours.
