A NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides essential personal care services to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support. They monitor patients' health conditions, follow care plans and report any changes to the Agency. CHHA's work under the supervision of an RN to ensure the patient comfort and safety, helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. Communication, compassion and attention are key to this role.
What We Need From You :
Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in New Jersey
Valid ID and Social Security Card
PPD within the past 9 months or chest x-ray within 5 years
Warmth, compassion, patience, trustworthiness, and an upbeat and confident personality with strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills!
