- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist clients with medication reminders and basic health care needs
- Ensure that clients’ safety and well-being are maintained at all times
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
CHHA Qualifications and Skills:
- A Valid (NJS) HHA Certification
- Valid ID and Social Security Card
- PPD
Expected hours:
- 20=40hrs per week
- Monday-Friday, weekends as need
- Flexible hours based on client needs
