The Healthcare Marketing / Inside Sales Representative is a dual position that develops relationships and provides a consultative / sales role.

As a Healthcare Marketing Representative you will be responsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits to different facilities / communities, including but not limited to, Hospitals, Rehab Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Doctors Offices and Elder Law Attorneys. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share.

As an Inside Sales Representative in the healthcare industry you will be responsible for using Right at Home services to bring value to families inquiring about home care services for their loved one. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for immediately answering the phone with the express intent of improving the quality of life for the caller, empathetically learning and understanding a familys care needs, sharing helpful community resources, and scheduling in-home consultations or care delivery start dates. The Inside Sales Representative is accountable for increasing client conversions.

Applicant must have a valid driver's license and a car to visit referral sources.

EDUCATION / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY

  • High school graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.
  • Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations abilities. Excellent telephone skills.
  • Knowledge of common medical terminology.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
  • Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
