Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Right at Home Eastern Worcester County. The role involves providing hands-on care, personal care, and physical assistance to clients, as well as medication reconciliation, management, and short-term transitional care. The main office is based in Westborough, MA but we cover 30 towns around the Worcester Area. You day will be split between the offcie and different homes and facilities within the communitites we serve.
Qualifications
- Skilled in hands-on care, personal care, and physical assistance
- Experience in medication reconciliation and management
- Knowledge of short-term transitional care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current LPN license in Massachusetts
- Experience in elderly care is a plus
- Basic computer skills
Salary : $26 - $34
