We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our caregiving team as CNAs, HHAs, or Personal Care Assistants. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those in our community, helping them maintain their quality of life and wellbeing.

Responsibilities :

• Assisting with medication reminders .
• Help with daily living activities such as meal preparation, eating, and light housekeeping.
• Create a supportive and nurturing environment for clients, offering companionship and emotional care.
• Monitor and document clients’ health status and report any changes to supervisors.
• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

Qualifications

CNA certification, HHA certification, or equivalent training.

High school degree or a G.E.D. certificate

Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
