Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Support prescribed range of motion exercises
- Offer companionship through activities such as reading, music, and puzzles
- Monitor and ensure client safety and well-being
- Document and report changes in client health or behavior
What We’re Looking For
- Required:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to travel up to 30–35 minutes within the Jacksonville area
- Physical capability to lift/move 50 lbs unassisted
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Background check clearance
- Proficiency in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus)
- Preferred:
- CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification
Work Hours
- Flexible shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
- Full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends – you choose!
