Job Description :
Right at Home, a leading in-home care provider, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team. This position is for weekend morning shifts, where you will be providing personalized care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Ensure a safe environment for clients
- Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor
- Perform other caregiving tasks as required
Requirements :
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (training will be provided)
- Reliable transportation to and from clients' homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or transferring clients
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday mornings)
- A caring and empathetic nature, with a passion for helping others
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive pay : $16.00 - $20.00 an hour
