After-Hours On-Call Coordinator
Position Type: Part-time, On-Call
Schedule: 4 pm to 8 am on weekdays. Every other week, starting from 4 pm on Friday to 8 am the following Friday, and on holidays on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones for scheduling issues after office hours (4 pm onwards on weekdays).
- Handling after-hours client or caregiver inquiries.
- On-call duties during weekends (Friday 4 pm to Monday 8 am) every other week.
- Rotating on-call responsibilities on holidays.
- Utilizing experience with non-medical home care scheduling and services.
Compensation:
- $200 per on-call week.
-Compensation when there is a call or series of calls longer than an hour.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in non-medical home care scheduling and services (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities during specified hours.
- Flexibility to cover holidays on a rotating basis.
- Living within the Jackson, MI area
Note: The position is not on call when the office is open.
Salary : $14 - $18
