What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCA/ Caregiver position at Right at Home Lake Norman/Charlotte?

As a Caregiver with Right at Home, you will build relationships, expand the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities who need affection and care. Your purpose as a caregiver will be to help these individuals age in place and enjoy life by supporting them throughout their daily activities. This will include tasks such as assisting with personal care needs, meal preparation, local transportation, companionship and medication reminders. Your kindness as a caregiver will shine happiness into the lives of clients you assist by supporting them to feel encouraged and live as independently as possible.
In Home Caregiver Schedule:
Flexible hours
Full-time or part-time
Monday-Friday
Every other weekend shifts - WE PAY EXTRA!

In Home Caregiver Requirements:
o Passion for nursing, caregiving, seniors/adults with disabilities
o A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
o Ability to pass a background check
o Ability to pass a drug screen test
