Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospitality Aide to join our team. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing non-clinical support to patients, families, and nursing staff. The Hospitality Aide ensures that patient rooms are well-stocked, comfortable, and that patients' needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hourly rounding to check on patients and assist with non-clinical needs.
- Answer call lights and relay patient requests to appropriate staff.
- Assist with filling out patient whiteboards with updated care information.
- Refill water pitchers and ensure patients have access to fresh water.
- Stock and organize patient rooms with essential supplies.
- Assist nursing staff with basic patient care tasks as needed, under supervision.
- Provide a friendly and supportive presence to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Able to start work ASAP
- Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Pass a background check
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered mindset.
