What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

You’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by providing compassionate care, including :

  • Personal Care : Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
  • Light Housekeeping : Help with basic household chores like vacuuming, dishwashing, and changing linens.
  • Meal Preparation : Cook and prepare meals, following specialized diet plans.
  • Transportation : Accompany clients to medical appointments, social events, or errands.
  • Medication Reminders : Ensure clients take their medications on time.
  • Health Monitoring : Observe and report any changes in the client's condition.
  • Safety & Comfort : Maintain a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.
  • Vital Signs : Check temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen levels as needed.
  • Nurse-Delegated Procedures : Receive training to assist with nurse-delegated tasks (based on client needs).

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (current car insurance required).
  • Ability to Pass Background Check & Drug Test .
  • Experience : While experience is preferred, a passion for caregiving and willingness to learn are key!
  • High School Diploma or GED .
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
