Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care activities, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Engage in activities that enhance the quality of life for those we serve, such as games, reading, and light exercise.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
- Provide timely medication reminders according to the care plan.
- Perform housekeeping duties: cleaning, laundry, and other household errands.
- Record and report on client’s condition and care provided.
