Position: We are seeking dynamic and compassionate Caregivers for our Grand Island, Nebraska location. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability and be ready to work evenings, weekends, and overnights as needed. If you're enthusiastic about making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Monitor clients’ health and promptly report any changes.
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care provided.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check are a must.
