Job Description :
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring
- Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and the care team
