Responsibilities:
Deliver regular assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation.
Engage clients in activities that stimulate both mind and body, from simple walks in the park to memory games.
Manage medication schedules and provide timely reminders.
Conduct light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living spaces.
Accompany clients to medical appointments or social engagements, providing transportation and companionship.
Monitor and report any changes in client's health, behavior, or needs.
