Office Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Assist potential clients calling our office for information on Right at Home's services.
- Fill in when needed to care for our clients.
- Basic computer and telephone skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize every day.
- Patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, our clients and our partners.
- Ability to transport caregivers in company car.
- An active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aid License.
